Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders. We ship with Canada Post in 6 business days, to Canadian destinations, and a tracking number is provided. If you are ordering multiple items charges may vary. Please inform us at the time your order is placed if you require your shipment to be expedited. Shipping fees will be quoted at the time of ordering.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Natalie Gerber merchandise is quality guaranteed, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know.
Merchandise returned must be unused and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will be posted to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
